Many of us grew up with specific television shows that helped us form our childhood, and these two popular channels, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon were the creators of these shows. But which is better?
Cartoon Network has been a kids’ channel since 1944. Its most popular shows include Ben 10, Teen Titans, We Bare Bears, Steven Universe, The Amazing World of Gumball, Regular Show, Samurai Jack, and Adventure Time. The channel averages 800,000 viewers yearly as of 2018.
Nickelodeon has been the biggest rival of Cartoon Network for decades. Shows like The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Danny Phantom, iCarly, The Loud House, Hey Arnold!, The Fairly OddParents, SpongeBob SquarePants, and of course Avatar are some of the most popular. In 2018, they had 1.31 million viewers.
No matter which kids' channel you believe is better, we can all appreciate and recognize the amazing impact these shows have had on our lives.
